A Canadian by birth and a Texan by choice, Mary came to Houston 23 years ago and found her new home in one of Houston’s oldest districts, The Heights. Her previous careers in finance and technology solutions taught her valuable skills that benefit her real estate clients today—she is a highly skilled negotiator and understands the significance of proper marketing and finance in real estate.
Mary Wassef started her real estate career in 2003, using her professional background to find significant success in real estate deals and investments. In 2011, Mary branched out on her own to create Circa Real Estate LLC, and today has a full team of 27 agents who provide personalized, unique services for their clients. Mary has been recognized continuously throughout her career with numerous sales awards and industry designations, from achieving the esteemed Five Star Award to being celebrated in The Houston Chronicle, Texas Monthly, Realtor.com, and more.
With a true focus on neighborhood development and local businesses, Mary has leveraged her career and success towards giving back to her community and neighbors. Recently having moved to their new storefront on 19th Street, Mary’s new office provides an interactive space to display local art, host community events, and be a part of the 19th Street group of local businesses. Both Mary and her company have a heavy involvement in and sponsors local schools while maintaining active memberships on several community groups. Circa Real Estate has become a major part of the Heights community its local businesses, and Mary’s amazing network of builders and clients continues to thrive.

Felicia Rosas was born and raised in Houston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Houston-Downtown. Felicia developed her project management and marketing experience by taking on leadership and communication roles as an employee at Delta Delta Delta Fraternity. Felicia also spent time working with the service industry, where she excelled in time management and client satisfaction. As Operations Manager at Circa Real Estate, Christine enjoys helping Mary ensure her clients are taken care of, from the moment their journey begins until the day they close on their transaction—and years afterwards, as she ensures Mary’s clients continue to receive tokens of appreciation an important landmarks long after their deal is done. Running the ins and outs of office operations, Felicia manages the listings, assists Mary’s 26+ agents in their transactions, and ensures that all of the details are taken care of.

A Texas native, Cody Elizabeth White grew up calling the Houston Heights her home. After graduating from Heights High School (then called “John H Reagan High School”), Cody went to Sam Houston State University to double-major in marketing and English literature. Working several jobs while in college in the service industry and as a personal writing tutor at the university, Cody moved back to the Heights after graduation. She began her career as a writer and editor on several oil and gas publications. Through the mobility that working as a contractor affords, Cody has been able to take on various clients around Houston, such as Hart Energy, PLS, Lloyd’s Register, BP, Halliburton, Southwestern Energy, Chemyx, and more as a digital marketer, communications manager, speech writer, change management leader, social media strategist, and brand experience professional. After deciding to leave the corporate world to pursue a long-term role in marketing and brand management, Cody found her home at Circa Real Estate. Mixing her love of Houston and the Heights community with her passion for honest and creative marketing, Cody leads Circa’s marketing and brand strategies as the Marketing & Community Manager.

A native Houstonian, Sarah-Anne Fehr was raised in the Braes Heights area and now resides in Southampton. She graduated from Mississippi College, where she majored in business administration with a marketing emphasis. In 2012, Sarah-Anne missed the big city and returned to Houston. Before joining Circa Real Estate as Operations Manager, Sarah-Anne was in residential property management. She has seen the incredible developments of Houston and its neighborhoods. Proud to live in one of the most diverse cities, Sarah-Anne enjoys all that Houston has to offer.
Closing Coordinator, Realtor®
After graduating from college, Christy immediately dove into the real estate industry. She was a property manager and worked with investors on the development of resort properties. She later became a teacher, teaching students with disabilities and selling real estate. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, traveling and playing golf. In her free time she coaches field hockey and volunteers with her church youth, traveling the world on church mission trips and working with foster children.
With a background in real estate, property management and education, Christy has developed systems and practices to be successful with all the details. Licensed in both Texas and Virginia, Christy will communicate, facilitate, and handle the daily operations and tasks necessary to make your closing go as smoothly as possible.
